Best game ever! If only they had the Swans game BEFORE and the game AFTER as well when Sydney scored 30+ 3 weeks in a row. That would be a boxed set worth getting!

This is a fascinating game in which the Swans, after a slow start, kicked a score only three short of the all-time record. It is testimony to their amazing skill in using the ball.
The way in which Essendon never played from in front made one doubt the Swans were much of a side, and the slow-motion character of the Swans' play once they got on top is an illustration of weaknesses that a super Carlton side was to show two weeks later.

I'm about 6 foot 200 pounds. i would be codrenesid an average or high end average rugby player as far as size goes. i would be codrenesid Doug Flutie in the NFL. if you don't know who that is, he had to at times jump up before passing the ball to see over the line and when he got hit (tackled) it looked like someone was taking a warm knife through butter. They wear pads because hits in the NFL simulate a car crash at 30-40 mph. I'll admit rugby is a tough sport. try playing football without the proper equipment and your talking about death .. dumb a## Was this answer helpful?
